Budapest-Ferenc Liszt International Airport (AITA code: BUD; ICAO code: LHBP) formerly known as Budapest-Ferihegy International Airport and still commonly referred to as Ferihegy by Hungarians, serves the city of Budapest (Hungary).
It is the largest and busiest airport in Hungary. It welcomed more than 11.4 million passengers in 2016. It is located about 16 km south-east of the city centre, straddling the Ferihegy district and the town of Vecsés, at the junction of Üllői út and Main Road 4. It consists of three terminals: Terminal 1 (for low-cost airlines), Terminal 2/A and Terminal 2/B.
