François's main activity now takes place in Bali through DALLEAU. This diagnostic draws on ten years on the ground in Budapest and remains an occasional review, without rebuilding a local transaction business or permanent operating team.

This diagnostic is for a project that's already defined: an identified property, a quote in hand, a decision within reach, not just a wish to explore the market.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, a proposal, a reply, or any response time. We occasionally answer a focused question briefly, again without any guarantee of reply. When accepted, a diagnostic is a paid, one-off review. It does not replace advice or due diligence from a lawyer, notary, tax adviser, accountant, or technical expert.
